I do not go to Facebook, and really, I never will.

This is amazingly amusing though

In my computer science class we went over the terms and service of Facebook and I was not ok with it. They own all your information and can sell it to third parties including your photos and you get no royalties from that. So I'm making the transition to have as little information as I can on facebook until I can completely get off there. Even if you deactivate your account it's still on there and they own it. If you delete it then it stays in their recycle bin for sometime. That's they price we pay for having a free social networking site.

Of course they do, but that's pretty much par for the course. Most people are willing to trade privacy for being part of the next big thing.

Is that what they teach in computer science classes these day? Website TOS policies?

In my day it was all data structures, algorithms, compiler design, OS internals.... times sure have changed.

Yeah - all the real stuff was outsourced to India.

Most computer science major core classes are in the 200+ level in most colleges. Flower had the CS 101 which is the same as BIO 101, or ECE 101. Those 101 classes are for non-majors only.

Yes, computer science. I remembered Algorithm and Data Structures, OS Design, etc...ECE majors are required to know those fundamentals as well. Well the Computer Engineer, not the Electrical Engineer.
