Congratulations!!! May I ask a question here? How do you know a file is touched? Is it when the date the file was updated changes? Our case still says last updated 09/15. What about you guys who got your NOA2 so quick? How many times has your file been touched till u got NOA2? Thanksss

Yes, a touch is when the date on your file on USCIS website is updated. It just means USCIS have scanned your file and someone is working on it. Check my signature for when our file was touched and the outcomes. Our case was touched twice in a row before we received an RFE. We replied to the RFE and then touched a further three times before we received NOA2. Some cases might never show a touch but still get NOA2!!
