It came in the mail today! Hallelujah, and thank you God.

I seriously feel blessed with how fast this was for us!

*10/6/09 - sent I-751, priority mail and signature upon receipt....biting nails (when will NOA arrive?)

*10/8/09 - packet received at USCIS 10:22am

*11/5/09 - biometrics

*11/19/09 - email from USCIS stating approval!!!!!!

11/27/09 - Green card arrived in mail! wow, it's *over*!

...............................

3/15/12 - sent N-400 packet

3/21/12 - packet received at USCIS

5/8/12 - biometrics

6/14/12 - Interview Date!

6/14/2012 - Approved! Oath Ceremony completed!

I see at this point that CSC seems to be "faster" than VSC. Anyone from VSC has any updates?

Also, just wanted to let you know that I'll be travelling abroad in 2 weeks. I've seen in many threads that NOA1 is good enough. At least NOA1 was good enough to get my new drivers license.

anyway, I'll keep you updated..in case I am deported :) joke

So I never got a Biometric appointment, and I even phoned them and told them that I hadnt received it yet. Well anyway today I received a letter telling me that my I-751 had been approved.

Sent AOS, EAD - 3/27/07

NOA1 for AOS and EAD - 4/03/07

Checks cashed - 4/04/07

touched AOS and EAD - 04/06/07

touched AOS and EAD - 04/09/07

RFE for AOS - 04/26/07

Somewhere else this quote is mentioned, and I would like to reiterate it since these unusual situations seem to pop every once in a while.

I think this quote should go in history books and any other book that will remain throughout the coming generations... maybe even chiseled into some stone and placed in the Library of Congress ....

So I never got a Biometric appointment, and I even phoned them and told them that I hadnt received it yet. Well anyway today I received a letter telling me that my I-751 had been approved.

Well congratulations!!!

Somewhere else this quote is mentioned, and I would like to reiterate it since these unusual situations seem to pop every once in a while.
