I run a Youth Center, and Spoom hangs out there in the afternoons while he's visiting me. The kids keep asking us, "Aren't you married yet?" When he goes back, the kids ask where he is pretty much every day, and they want to know when he's coming back and when he's moving, etc. Sometimes I think they miss him as much as I do!

2010-01-23: WEDDING!!!

2010-04-21: AOS APPROVED!

2010-04-27: Received I-797 Approval / Welcome to America letter for AOS

Kittens are very soft and cuddly, though lacking in peeveepee skills.

Hmm... Guess we could make some extra of the secret birthday dinner foods as well and mail leftovers as well. ;)

Peachey and I were working out the menu last night.

Montreal Interviewer: "What do you have in common with each other?"

Peachey: "We're REALLY weird."

Montreal Interviewer (incredulously to me): "Do you agree with that?"

<I think back to several days before the interview. Driving through the country, passing a field with cows...>

Peachey: "MOOOO! MOOOOO! Does this make me weird?"

Me: "No, well yes. Here, let me roll down the windows so they can hear you better!"

Peachey: "MOOOOO!!!!"

Not that this makes me feel better or anything at all but it COULD be worse, rather.

I just saw a VJ member from Ghana who has been waiting for 28 weeks for an interview.

So...

trying to be a little optimistic today?

I did write a letter to the head of the Montreal Consulate -- I was wondering if anyone wanted to post theirs? So we can compare. I tend to the slightly verbose and would like an opinion and to see what every one else may have written.

Also... any news from CanAmerican regarding her rescinded interview??

NOA #2: Approval June 25th, 2009 - 92 days

July 8, 2009 to August 10, 2009 - 28 days

Interview Assigned - December 3, 2009 - FINALLY!!

Medical - December 14, 2009 - Passed

Embassy/Interview - January 26, 2010 Montreal, Quebec Canada - 167 days PASSED!!!

Port of Entry - February 26, 2010 Baltimore International, Maryland

USCIS -- ROC package sent off

November 26, 2011 to Vermont station November 30, 2011 received NOA1December 16, 2011 received biometrics appointment.

January 04, 2012 Biometrics

September 2, 2012, RFE Received.

September 22, 2012 RFE responded to

October 15, 2012 ROC approved, 10 Green card on its way.

I will also write a letter to the consul - although our case is, obviously, complete, the process is wrong and needs to be addressed.

I was thinking the same thing, but wasn't sure about that... but, I think I will, kniowing others who are complete will also write letters!!! :thumbs:

lol i HAD to do something, yesterday had me and probably everyone else so depressed i didn't want it to be the same today.

no one can resist kittens their powers are supernatural!

Unfortunately, I'm still in a slumpy depression over it all (well, that and other things, too). My mom keeps showing me these motivational and inspirational videos on youtube to try and help out... but really, it's just making it worse. I don't want to be rude though, so I watch them. Today is horrible. :unsure:
