Hoping it will arrive soon.. =) Been checking the mailbox everyday as well as the USCIS website for any transfers or approvals..[/b]

EAD Card finally came through the mailbox today

Km24..... yours should be in the mailbox soon. Did you notify USPS of the address change too? Just incase USCIS sends your mails to the previous address.

Here's hoping ReeRee's EAD card magically appears in the mailbox too :star:

To be updated soon

Congrats to everyone on the AP and EAD!

I also received an email that my AP and EAD were approved, and the next day got a notice to appear for the interview on 01/20/2010.

For those of you who have had your AP approved, have you received the document or just the approval notice? I got an email on Thursday stating that they sent out a notice approving my AP on 11/30/2009 but I have yet to receive it. I am wondering how long it takes to get the actual AP document after the notice. Does anyone have any ideas? I was hoping to travel outside internationally on 12/24/09 until the new year, but I don't know if it wise if the AP will not arrive by then. Thoughts?

Thanks!! :)

Doesn't take long at all. AP should arrive in several days and the EAD maybe another 2 or 3 days after that. You could click the link on my timeline and you'll see what I'm talking about. So far the level of service from USCIS has been rather impressive.

Is the approval memo for the AP the same as the document that is used when traveling internationally, or are those two separate things? What does the AP look like? Has anyone used their AP yet?

No the approval memo is simply a notice or what we call a "NOA". The actual document you travel on has your photo on it and typically USCIS gives you two copies of this document. As far as travelling on it, I haven't. My interview is close enough that all travel plans can be delayed until after the interview. Congrats again on everything.
