Quick question:

Do I have to bring my spouse to my Biometric apointment?

I had my appointment on the scheduled date in 100 South Charles Street, Suite 201, Baltimore (would that be your exact location too?). I really don't know if they allow walk-in but I can tell you that the security did scrutinize my appointment letter. As per your spouse waiting..... yep, your spouse can wait in the building. It's a big building owned by Bank of America with lots of other offices there, so there are seats just directly outside the ASC office (suite) and there's also a food court downstairs.

Yes, that's where we have to go. Our letter doesn't have the suite number though, so you just saved us the trouble of having to search the building for the right office. Thanks!

We were hoping to visit the aquarium while we were in Baltimore, but they gave us the really inconvenient time of 2PM, so not really much time to go there either before or after our appointment.

Thank you! Congratulations to everyone else who got their approvals in the last few days. This has been a busy week! If USCIS holds to their August and September rates it should only be about another month before the first of us start seeing our GCs!

Congrats on getting your letter! Your bio appt is the day after ours We are just going on the scheduled day since our office isn't open Saturdays.

Some updates:

- 11/03/2009: Transfer Notice Letter Received (Notice Date: 10/27/2009)

- 11/10/2009: Biometrics done at USCIS York, Pennsylvania - The lady who took care of my Bio was very nice and friendly. It took me less than 20 minutes !

LOL, a warning.. .. when you start updating your AP and EAD in your signature, you get warned about too long a signature!! .. time to compress ur act!!!

Great news, they cashed my check today and I got a receipt # on the back of the check, but when I try to input the receipt # on uscis website its not going through it is saying your case number cannot be found.???

Join the club. My check has been cashed - I have received the NOA1 and the ASC for Biometrics - both showing the same MSC number, we have completed the biometrics and I still get the same message when I try to view our case 24 days later.

oh God Im so happy!! I pray every night! I hope there really is no problem and no more interview!

Wow!!! There has been a lot of movement that's great!!!! Congrats to all! It's so exciting.

I sent the documents they needed for my RFE yesterday by priority mail so they should receive it Friday at the latest. I hope they'll start working on my case ASAP!
