Even though it doesnt seem like we've had many approvals (I had forgotten they were still given NOA2s until mitch got his this morning),

September filers are approved at 14%.

Of course going up 1.25% a week isnt very encouraging for those of us still waiting, but there is still hope CSC will have a little blitz before the holidays. Fingers crossed.

Now that it's closer to when we might get approved, I'm checking every day, lurking but not posting, but I had to share this tidbit.

At around 3:00PM Pacific, I received a text today and my phone was in my back pocket so my butt vibrated with it. I jumped up, panicked and felt my heart lurch up into my throat all excited. Only to find out it was my sister texting to ask about a UPS delivery. Now, I'm still a little shakey (I didn't realize just how much this was stressing me out until this moment).

But for a few seconds, I thought maaaaaaaaaaaybe. :( Oh well!

Together: 10/10/2001 - current

The Process, Part 1

09/09/09 - I-129F sent certified mail express to CSC.

09/10/09 - I-129F received and signed for by INS Express Mail.

09/11/09 - NOA1 notice date.

Basically that "touch" refers to the date on the USCIS website that was last updated. So when you log into your account it will have your case number thing and then say "last updated" mine says 09/21/09 when I got filed away into a box! HA! But that's the date you would want to look at for touches :)
