is it okay if I-134 form is electronic signature? or does it have to be original signed in pen by him?

I've been told that it's consulate specific. But any consulate would like an original signature.

So if you can, get him to sign it by hand

Слава Україні!

Went to talk to my aunt/uncle tonight about being co-sponsor, and I thought my aunt would go through the roof when I stated they needed her tax transcripts. "I don't feel comfortable giving them that!" she says. I'm thinking "HELLO. You're giving the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT your TAX information... which they already have access to to begin with.. OY!" But it's okay, because it isn't going to be her as co-sponsor after all; it's going to be my uncle, who is calling tomorrow to order 3 years of tax transcripts. :D

One less stress on my part!

Kayla! I'm so glad you got your luggage back! Enjoy his graduation and try not to stress about the interview! :)

Jenn - I'm so glad he got here alright. :) Enjoy your time now!

Tomorrow Kayla!!! Good Luck!!!!

Can someone go into detail about what I need for the I-134 again.. lol.. geez.

Last night I looked at it, and we're in a rush now.. the letter of employment was not on company letter head. So I am making Kenyth get them to re-do it.

Also the I-134 was electronic signature..and it requires ink signature..so now I am making him redo that. Question 11 we put any monies and necessities needed would be provided..and that he intends... but I saw a sample form where they didn't fill out Question 11 and wrote in N/A (K1 visa process for Permnant Residence) .. should we do that as well?

We have some W2 forms, a print out of his Pay allowance. A few bank Statements but not many. His military ID and Military record.

Am I missing anything?!?!?

Maggie, I wish I knew the answer for you, but the attorney filled everything out they just signed. I do know Eric (my son) had to send bank statements, w-2's, pay stubs, letter from employer (stating length of emplyment, income, position), and tax returns for the last couple of years to Najmeh for the interview.

Kayla, Morninnnngggggg back at you. If that ain't a happy Morninnnngggggg then I don't what is. I'm glad you got your clothes back. Now relax and keep having fun! tongue.gif

Good Luck to you both!!!

Kjenkins, Not that big of a price difference unless they have free S&H right. Simple yet elegant I love it.

Seb, I know you are ready to have your baby home too.

Frenzyheart, congrats on getting a co-sponser! good.gif

Quick question, Najmeh will be going from Tehran to Amsterdam, then Amsterdam to DC. She is asking about a transit visa. Is that needed with a K1 visa in hand if she is not leaving the airport in Amsterdam?

Yes, I believe for residents of Iran the answer is yes: http://www.netherlands-embassy.org.uk/passports/index.php?i=133. But obviously I'm not an expert, so would probably be good to ask the experts, maybe the Netherlands Embassy? There is actually one in Tehran: http://www.radcom.ws/works/netherlands/

W2s he has.. pay stubs he doesn't get but he has a printoff of his income from the marine corps database... we're unsure if he has the transcripts..and I need them by next week :S..and I think he has a few bank statements...

Okay, so I finally managed to find a current thread for military personnel.. from what they said in there, military personnel requires letter from CO, and last 6 months of LES... and current orders for evidence support of I-134...(just posting .. in case someone else ever needs that information).. im still going to bring some W2s and bank statements though.
