i am not sure about uscis, but sending info to nvc ahead of time will cause delays. i think spec, had a 3 week delay because of that. i would say call the service center, although, i am not even sure that will work since they are outsourced.

PS, I called at 11 because they update their systems after 10pm

Is that 10pm Eastern time?

So for me, my 11 pm phone calls were an evening ritual... I miss them now.... NOT!!!

Congrats on that. Can't wait until I can say that. You know your case has been at NVC too long when you start to recognize the representatives' names and voices!

For a while there, the AVR barely got one syllable out before I was pressing the next button. :lol:

12/7/09 - Interview (denied for 28 yr old CIMT); filed waiver same day

6/18/10 - I-601 Waiver Denied, added misrep for checking wrong box on landing card (lifetime ban)

7/16/10 - AAO Appeal filed.

8/31/12 - AAO appeal sustained (THANK YOU, GOD FOR YOUR MERCY)

10/8/12 - USCIS sent file to Consulate

11/28/12 - Visa in hand

12/10/12 - HERE AT LAST! (ALL GLORY TO GOD!)

####### i just thought about it and i didn't send in hubby's passport pics with the last group of paperwork..... i guess this is gonna cause a RFE should i go ahead and send em in r wait for a RFE to come....... i was so close to the end

April 19, 2013 - submit the form I-130

April 22, 2013 - Receive the NOA1

July 29, 2013 - Approved NOA2 ( 82 working days)

July 30, 2013 - USCIS shipped my documents to NVC

Aug 5, 2013 - Arrived at NVC Building

Aug 13, 2013 - Got the NVC case # via PHONE

Aug 14, 2013 - Got the Invoice # via PHONE

Aug 15, 2013 - Send my DS-3032 via Email

Aug 16, 2013 - AOS Pay

Aug 17, 2013 - Got an email to print the COVER SHEET

Aug 21, 2013 - send the AOS overnight at NVC

Aug 28, 2013 - Accept the DS-3032

Aug 30, 2013 - IV BILL pay and Documents Sent to NVC receive the checklist AOS.

September 19, 2013 Sent back the checklist

September 20, 2013 Sept 26, arrived @ NVC

Sept 30,2013 - already encode to their system

Wednesday is a federal holiday. The only honorable thing for NVC to do is to extend the interview scheduling by a day :yes::thumbs::whistle:

YAY CONGRATS. It looks like you'll be able to have your baby in the USA after all. I wish you and your husband the best of luck. And congradulations again!

ok now how can i get my colombian enbassey to get m an earlier interview for my husband i see some of u guys did it so ,how does it work

It is totally dependent on the embassy... Once you have an interview scheduled and the embassy has received the paperwork, you can request it from the embassy... Some are more accommodating than others... Some others here have had expedites for other reasons (family, medical etc...)... But it is totally up to the embassy... But they cannot do anything until an initial interview date is scheduled and they have your paperwork unless you do an official expedite...

03/21/2009 - I-130 Mailed to Chicago lockbox

11-30-09: GOT GREEN CARD in mail!!!!!!

Citizenship Process;

1/11/2013: Mailed N400 to Dallas Texas

3/11/2013: interview.. Approved

4/4/2013. : Oath! Now a U.S. citizen!
