ds 3032= over 2 weeks now.... still getting the reply that it takes a long time for them to be processed- does anyone have the same submission date as me?

September 15th via email???

NO!! mine only took four days ( not including the weekend) so i am not gonna say 15 days ,,,, i guess they are getting slow

i just mailed my AOS package, waiting for my ds3032 to be accepted so i can get started with the IV, I guess I will have a long wait for the ds3032 to be accepted coz i emailed it on sep24

OMG OMG OMG!!!! Login Failure!!!!! I am on hold with NVC now to see if it is TRUE!!!!! Cant contain myself!!!!

my husband is sending the ds230 tommorow he is getting the freaking PCC tommorow it took them five days to give him the papers , that is how the gov works back there ,, it is sad ,, and every thing is done manually, any ways he is sending it to nvc DHL ,, hope they have a tracking system for the mail ,, am scared,,,, and am still waiting for AOS to be approved well i am not calling nvc yet i am gonna wait for about a week or so it is nerve breaking to wait and hear some thing from them like RFE well i am gonna stay positive , atleast i am only left with two things to wait on ,(AOS and DS230 ) , for those of you who still have not gotten ds3032 acceptance i think they are really jammed with the recent loaded approval from cis,, let us hang in their ,,!! best wishes for all of us

I am going nuts! They first said its going to take time- ok I gave them 15 days- and today the rep is like "oh we are resending the e-mail for your husband's ds3032". I asked them if they received the original email and she said that they dont know because they are always processing e-mails and she basically shut the phone before finishing the conversation. On top of that, she started giving information to me right after i gave her my case number without confirming who I am. Midway she realized she should ask my name!

you know what ,, i have had that before i don't know how they are trained these operators don't have any kind of professionalizm at allllllllllllllllllllll,,, the calls are not recorded, and their is no way to track who talked to you previously to mention to a supervisor with their employee ID ,, they really don't care at all about customer service issues or atleast not to hang up your call it is really sad ,, well just hang in their ( i hate telling you ths ) because i know you are doing just that apparently , call back and just have courage ! because this is not a normal office where you complain even though they are getting paid because of our calls they don't sense that am getting mad about that !!!

Sigh. I'm beginning to think I should mail the paper DS-3032. It's been 10 full days now, and I'm just getting tired of waiting for something to happen. I seriously don't understand why this form is even necessary. It's just to establish who they should send further forms to--something that is EASILY communicable over the phone in around 2 seconds.

Ohh... sounds that the NVC are very slow now.. I call the NVC yesterday they said.. We receive ur choice of agent.. SEPTEMBER 18.. I am wondering if they already receive, why I have no Ds230? i am almost 10 working days now..

Have you payed your IV bill yet online? Once you pay the bill, after it shows paid, you will get instructions to download the form and the cover sheet on the website (www.immigrantvisas.state.gov) Or you can just go to the shortcuts here and download the form and have the person that you are petitioning for fill it out.

No you do not - transcripts are sufficient.

NO we haven't pay an IV bill yet.. coz they didn't give us instruction to PAY.. do we need to WAIT 1st our ds3032 to be accepted from the NVC before they give us an instruction to pay 400$ right?? or we can PAY NOW??
