I'm not so sure that security clearances in jobs make a difference...

yes. I don't think that neither... i think that it was cause is Canada.. both of them are from canada. Maybe is other way ... but im happy for them too.. Anyways it is a start to others noa2... :dance:

Another question about the AOS. From what I understand if I had lets say my mother live with me, she could file with me as a household member and it would combine both of our income to meet the requirement? She wouldn't have to meet the requirement on her own(she does not btw)? If this is the case, I think I just found the way to do this.

WOW!!! Congrats!!!

As far as your AOS question, I'm not 100% sure, but if you and your mother live in the same house, then I believe that for sponsorship purposes you would need to meet the requirement for 3 people now, not just 2 so if you combined can total that it should work, but like I said I'm not 100% sure. It won't hurt to try....

Timeline

From what I understand is, if the petitioner is not making 125% poverty, the co sponsor will have to make over 125% poverty, I don't think you can combine the income. (Just from what i know) Maybe someone can clarify this or have a better answer.
