I just got my approval letter today with the date of decision 08/07/2009. I filed in April and it is exactly four months to get approved. Thanks all VJers. Now, waiting for the actual card. :dance::dance:

Naturalization

04/05/2010: Sent package to Dallas, TX lockbox via priority mail with delivery confirmation

04/07/2010: Package delivered in Dallas, TX

04/14/2010: Notice Date

04/19/2010: Received NOA in the mail

04/20/2010: RFE sent (Should it be the biometric letter?)

04/24/2010: Biometrics letter received (it is the RFE) scheduled for 05/06/2010

04/29/2010: Biometrics done (early walk-in)

05/19/2010: Received email advising that case has been transfered for standard interview at local office

05/21/2010: Interview letter received with notice date 05/17/2010

06/22/2010: Interview - passed

09/14/2010: Oath Ceremony at Boston, MA - Officially became US citizen

no news is better news for an another vermont filer!!!

CONGRATS !!! :dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

day after day seeing that most of the approvals comes from CSC was kinda making me think that VSC have fallen in to it's beauty sleep again.. but heyyyyy, some of them actually r awake and working up in Vermont..

This is such a hope for rest of VSC filers,thanks for letting us know.

08/13/2009 - Approval letter received (Online status still Pending)

I-751 process:

4/06/09: Mailed I-751 to VSC by Express mail

4/07/09: Received by VSC

4/17/09: Check clearance.

4/20/09: NOA1 received in mail (receipt date: 4/08/09)

4/30/09: Biometric appt. letter received (appt. on May 15th)

5/05/09: Walk-in biometric done

9/02/09: Approval Email (touch on USCUS site)

9/03/09: Approval letter received (decision date: 8/27/09)

9/09/09: Touch, but no change in status on USCIS site.

9/11/09: Green card rec'd.

REMOVING CONDITIONS: May 4, 2009 - Oct 3, 2009
CITIZENSHIP: Nov 27, 2012 - May 9, 2013
Note: I immigrated from Canada, not T&T - the timeline is reflective of this.

PRESENT - IR-5 Story (reuniting a family)
I-130 for Parents - 2013
Aug ?? - mailed I-130 packages for both mother and father
Sept 10 - NOA1 date
Sept 16 - NOA1s received

2014

Feb 25 - got emails saying that the cases had been transferred to another office for processing

Feb 26 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred to my local office for processing

Feb 28 - got emails saying that the cases have been transferred and are being processed

Mar 17 - got email, attached to one case number only, saying that my A number was changed relating to the I-130 filing

Mar 18 - got emails saying that the petitions are approved smile.png
