Are you trying to expedite your application, because your wife is sick?

The only thing you can do is contact the consulate and explain the situation - (which I think you did - confusing post) - and wait to see what they will do, if anything.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

they prob will not change anything related to the timing with the visa. Pregnant is common, sickness at first is common *unless she has problems* they usually would not consider this a cause to hurry things up.

Unfortunately this won't be enough to qualify as an expedite. Many women are sick during their pregnancies and continue to work anyway. Sometimes it's just what you have to do until that phase of the pregnancy passes.

and how would you be able to help her, if you were in the US? You would have no driver's license, and for many weeks would be ineligible to work. Who is the sponsor for your visa application? It sounds as if you wife does not have much money to be the sponsor.

Your wife can get help in her community through the department of social services, if necessary.

sorry i do not believe the visa info will change, these people do not care. Many people have been in dying situations and not given any considerations. Doctors can give medicines to help with the sicknesses short term, im sure there is someone friends or family somewhere that can be contacted. If not there are agencies here that can be contacted for help. Its true if you were here now with no job no money it wouldnt help you wont generally be able to do anything along these lines for months. Maybe she can come back to morocco can you support her there?

its fine but there is still welfare to help with these problems, pregnant women and small kids are pretty much taken care of during hard times. Still if all this is true she doesnt have the funds to sponsor you with this process. Have her go apply for assistance.

she can get child support on other kids and assistance of some kind for foods and medicines etc she knows this. This is HER application for you she needs to do it here and she has to prove she can support you and 3 kids. Far as i know you cant send this money out of morocco, and why isnt she the one doing all this information asking. I personally get a little suspicious when i see a man pushing his own application and asking all the questions for her, tell her to sign on and we will try to help her. Living here she knows there is help available

she 2 kids and that baby beacuse she divorece before idk if she go apply for assistance. oh i wanna ask about something i can to send fourm and paper to immigration from morocco i mean i tak care of that from morocco ? but they need 355 for i-130 idk how can isend that money

Really I feel sorry for your situation, but believe me they will not care. There is a difficult procedure and you have to go through it. All of us here have almost the same experience. People here have been apart for long time even years, but all they can do just wait until this sh**t finished. SORRY. My wife is falling apart even she thought to kill herself, and I am here away cannot do anything accept supporting her. Do you think if I call them, they will do something to faster my application? No, It will not. I am trying to understand you, but you need to proofread your language before you post it. People here can help by giving you advice, but they need to understand your language. I am not expert in this as I am always getting help from people here, but my thoughts to you, and what I understood from your post is that the best thing to do just send money to your wife. It will help her in different things. This is all I can help. I am sorry again, and I hope your wife feel better soon.

Wait, she hasn't even sent an application in and you're asking how to expedite it? They won't care - pregnancy has side-effects in the beginning, they normally go away after couple months. Your wife should be getting some kind of assistance for pregnant women - they have free clinics and well'baby visits are covered.

You seem to be jumping at an opportunity to come to the USA but from what you wrote on here it does not even sound that your wife has enough money to send in an application. What about sponsorship for you if she can barely pay her rent?
