I want to go to Orlando...to Harry Potter land. +_+

Was just in Miami today.... which is more like Harry "pot-head" land...lol...

I used to live in Jacksonville for a little while, I had a swamp behind my house and a giant snake. It was...interesting. :D

But no, Universal Studio's is opening up a Harry Potter addition. Im so excited!

OK, in the over 1000 pages of conversations with my wife that I'm trying to figure out how to send for support for her interview, Harry Potter has never come up, nor has it in any of our face to face conversations. However...I want to go to Harry Potter land! Good lord, we'll be in Florida together to visit my family in January! Even if it's not open by then, we'll be back all the time, because that's where my parents are and my siblings all have houses down there. Oh hell, they're all into Harry Potter, too! Do I tell her, thereby revealing my nerd/dork/geek tendencies? Hmmmm....I think she suspects as much already. In any event, we are cosmically fated to visit Harry Potter land. I hope she's ready. Maybe we can have a VJ field trip there together.

Peter

I would tell her. I mean, dorks are awesome!

My husband and I talk about everything. Music, Movies, comics, politics , geography, culture, food, books...Harry Potter. We just can't shut up with each other. 5 years later and if anything it's gotten worse. Now we talk about everything but the kitchen sink, oh wait, we've discussed kitchens.

It's all cool, I got busted!!! She reads this thread all the time, and now she's excited to go to Harry Potter land when we visit in Florida! Except it won't be open by then...we'll have to save it for the VJ field trip. You and your husband seem to have a good foundation of communication. I think my wife and I have touched on all those subjects except for...comics. I don't think she gets to read "Mutts", or "Rhymes With Orange", or "Candorville" there. It's been over 20 years since I've been able to read Mark Trail on a daily basis. Has he punched anyone out lately? Watch out for his grammatically incorrect syntax! Always a thrill to behold!

It takes 8 months for us to see each other back again since we started our visa process, and now here we are reunited back again and happy together.

Good morning gang!! We received the email with all the instructions and according to it, I only have to give them my police certificate again because all the rest of the documents, they already have them. They give you a list with the required documents that you sent to NVC and on the side a letter that means something like: A= Applicant must acquire this document and present it at the time of the interview, C=Direct inquiries to your consulate / embassy, O= The original document has been received and accepted as meeting post requirements, Y = The required document has been received and accepted, etc.

Spoke to the NVC this morning. They told me they can't determine when we may get our interview. The operator said that it's possible, because Cairo is such a busy embassy, that we may not get an interview until December :crying::angry::crying: I'm really becoming a basket case, I mean MORE so then my normal crazy!
