Well some good news I think - a friend of mine just received an email that her approval is being sent out - dated May 16. Her application was sent on 3/3/06 and she received her NOA in the mail on 3/8/06. Since her dates are so close to the IMBRA cutoff dates, it's hard to know if she just made it in under the wire or if this is news of a post 3/6 approval.

Well some good news I think - a friend of mine just received an email that her approval is being sent out - dated May 16. Her application was sent on 3/3/06 and she received her NOA in the mail on 3/8/06. If it's after March 6 and she just got it, it can mean only one thing. Nebraska is moving again!!

03/10/09 - Recieved Olga's NOA1

03/28/09 - Olga did biometrics

05/11/09 - Anya recieved NOA1 (took a call to USCIS to take care of it, oddly, they were helpful)

Hi,

Well I am alive and well. Just got off being on active duty for some time with the Air Force. Still nothing about my background investigation. I think it will be awhile before they get around to finishing mine. Sucks being one of 3 people still part of the 2005 prisoner's. :( I talk to Nadya every day. It does not come close to holding her in my arms. (not to mention the hole in my phone bill) I understand that those people who are at Nebraska will stay there until the visa app is adjudicated. I wish there was someone at the ICE unit that I can write to. I already have my congressman involved but they cannot do anything about this. They have their own world in which they operate in. So I wait and the worse I miss Nadya. With all the changes going on just where do we all stand in the overall scheme of things. I hope for the day to take me off this list.

I am so sorry to hear your dilema, I pray for you also to get off the list. IT is very hard being away from your loved ones I know its been 4 months since the last time I saw my beloved but I miss him sooo much it feels like its been years :( to make matters worse we are having little tiney disagreements, but we tend to make up and sort them - it is so hard trying to comunicate from a distance:(

OK I see, well I will hand this list over to someone else then :) I was only keeping it updated as I had nothing better to do but now I am getting bombarded with cleaning up and emptying my house etc so I have been busy lately.
