Greetings to all July filers. I just wanted to get a census on how many of you have had your case filed touched since filing, and if so, how many times. Ours has been touched twice since the date of filing. It was last updated August 21, 2009. I know this may mean nothing at all, but as you know we are starting to see several July filers getting their NOA2's. Thanks for your participation. I pray for all of us a speedy and successful CR-1 voyage. Eric.

Ours hasn't been touched at all.

I wouldn't worry about the touches at all. Ours wasn't touched at all until we received the approval on Sept. 3. I know that many, many others have also had no touches before approval. I've also read many accounts of people with 15+ touches and no approval. There doesn't seem to be any correlation between touches and approval.

Eric.

I had filed for the CR-1 petition first then once I got the NOA1 for that I filed for the K3 petition too. So they touched the CR-1 on 08/12/09 the the K3 on 08/13/09. I am sure it was just to combine the two. I hate checking for "touches" because they don't really mean anything because it shows up if the file was transferred to somebody elses desk et all...

Just something else to drive me crazy...:wacko:

hello everybody... i want to know how i can see if my case was touched or no??.. where part say that?.. thanks u... and Good Luck in this wait...

God Bless U.

Si no lo has hecho todavia, tienes que registrar con USCIS para ser capaz de accesar el status de tu caso. Y en este manera, puedes saber si han tocado su caso o no.
