The Tigresa should be soon...her timeline looks just like all the recent approvals.

...except no touches since June 28--maybe her adjudicator is also on vacay!

I am not a practicing attorney. I have a law degree and I passed the bar exam, but am not admitted to practice because I got a job in legal publishing and haven't gotten around to applying for my license yet. Hello all, I received this today. Our's is in Cal.

On July 6, 2006, we received your response to our request for evidence or

information. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining

processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will

receive a written decision on this case. You can use our processing dates to

estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current

processing dates.

So I hope the one's who havent seen anything will see them soon.

Well im heading out for the weekend....... It's been 2 full weeks since they got the rfe back and no approval and 4 months of waiting on noa2 :angry: All i can say at this point is.......This SHYT BLOWS AZZ!!!!!! Grrrrrrrrr.......Have a good weekend people i hope next week is better for us.... (L)

next NOA2.... not Sabrina&Joshua thats for sure...

i looked up the timelines... and i found it kinda weird sum ppl who got their noa1 in late may or beginning of june already got their noa2....

its unfair that some ppl have to wait 3,4,5 or even more months to get their noa2 and others get it after only 1 or 2 months.... just my opinion...

congratz on everybody who got their noa2....

Come on guys....... they got my petition on March 7th...... I deserve some good news!!! :yes::unsure::P

OUR COMPLETE TIMELINE

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!
