Well, he better be back on Monday or else I´ll have so serious complaining to do. If they are taking long vacations the older cases should have been passed to the people who didn´t take a leave.

**WARNING***I'm going to probably offend someone with the following stereotype, please dont' read if you live in Vermont.

I think VSC works so much faster than the other service centers because they probably have nothing better to do at Vermont than to work. When I think of Vermont, I can only picture snow, people skying and fall foliage.
