Just checking in, I haven't heard anything from the USCIS since my interview late september... at that time they said they had to pull my application through employment first. They said that would take 5 days to 3 months to do... so I'm in a waiting game with them... how hard is it to cancel a filing... honestly.. :)

Got the Green Card in mail today :whistle:

Hurrah for you! Maybe mine will be here in a few days.

We had a green party this weekend for our close friends - it was so fun - green cupcakes, sushi, green drinks. I feel so elated!

I bet you'll get yours by the end of this week :yes:

Green party sounds fun!

I started my driving lessons today. No victims so far :lol:

We also were touched back in October, but no card production email yet. We never got an EAD email, it just showed up in the mailbox, so maybe the same will happen again. I just logged into to USCIS and saw that the last activity on the case was Nov. 5 - hope that's a good thing!

We also were touched back in October, but no card production email yet. We never got an EAD email, it just showed up in the mailbox, so maybe the same will happen again. I just logged into to USCIS and saw that the last activity on the case was Nov. 5 - hope that's a good thing!

We have it turned on - but have been getting emails sporadically. We shall see! Congrats to you! Did you/are you going out to celebrate? :)

Thanks! I'm sure it'll arrive in the mail soon, we were together the whole way.

Yes, we're going to Carabba's for sangria, woo! But he refuses to go until the card is in his hand, figures. Then he's doing his driving test.

Actually, didn't your hubby get his license already? How long did he have to wait for an appointment to do the driving test?

Hi everyone,

i scheduled an infopass appointment to go see an immigration officer to check my documents that i will bring on my interview date on December 10. My primary question is about the medical. Should I bring the form I-693 together with my vaccination supplement from the philippines because the checklist said, unless already submitted. She told me that dont see a civil surgeon yet up until I am told my the officer after the interview because the vaccination supplement might be good enough. I just dont want to spend money to have it transcribed to the form I-693 if I dont need it thats why I went ahead and ask. She said I can always have to sent to follow after the interview once needed. I just want to ask people here who went to the interview date having just the vaccination supplement with them from the philipines form DS 3026 if you guys had any problems with that? btw, our physical exam/medical in the philippines was taken this same year, March 2009.

Hello to all my JULY /09 AOS FILLERS...

Finally the waiting is completely over ... i received my green card today after i arrived home from work...thanks once again and good luck to rest of the july fillers who have there upcoming interviews and also to some who are transfered and waiting for their green card...
