I would like to know where to send this DS-230 packet, because when I printed my cover sheet it has this address :

National Visa Center

Attn. CMR

32 Rochester Avenue

Portsmouth, NH 038012909

but then in the NVC site and also the guide in VJ is:

National Visa Center

Attn: CMR

31 Rochester Ave. Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

so which one did you guys send it to?

I sent my AOS packet to the first address but spoke to an operator to double check the address for the IV package. She confirmed that we should use the second address, regardless of what the cover sheet says. They got both of my packets just fine so don't stress too much over it.

Naturalization

N-400 package mailed: 04/16/2013

N-400 package delivered: 04/16/2013

NOA1 date: 04/17/2013

Biometrics: 08/23/2013

Interview: 10/07/2013

Oath: 01/23/2014

DONE!

You send it to the one shown on cover sheet. There are 2 dif addresses just because NVC changed them recently. And still everything is going to the same place no matter the address written on the package.

Hi,

I have no idea what's wrong with NVC system. When I printed the cover letters for AOS and DS-230 it had following address:

National Visa Center

Attn. CMR

32 Rochester Avenue

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909

After, a day I received email with cover letter to send documents to following address. Also, when I went on the payment site the cover sheet has the new address.

National Visa Center

Attn. CMR

31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909

I have already sent the documents to first address. Did anyone else had this problem? Should I worry about this? I tried to call Fedex to ask them to deliver it to the new address but not sure if they whould do that. Advance thanks for your response.
