I noticed that the g-325a that is referenced on the site is marked at the top as expiring the end of this month. Is there any word on a new form coming out at all, or will this still work? I won't be able to file until around the middle of next month but I have this 'old' version of the g-325a filled out by my fiance and hope we don't have to do that again!

No worries. No new form. Us the current one.

Sweet, I hope so!

Speaking of, do all 4 copies need to appear in each packet?

When you file the initial petition you have to include all four copies for yourself, and then all four copies for your fiance.

If you downloaded the G-325A straight from the USCIS web site (see below) then you should be fine! There's another form I remember filling out that was like years old, but it was from the web site as well, so I guess it's fine for them :)
