Hey everybody it's been a few days. Little Malek broke his elbow by falling out of his damn cozy coupe car and getting himself all twisted up in it. He had surgery on Saturday and has two pins and a cast. Keep my little trooper in your prayers as he recovers.

Ronell....I hope Saturday went beautiful!

Good morning MENA.

I am sooo not happy returning to work today. I slept in an extra 45 minutes this morning. That was nice, I'm still greedy tho.

How was everyone's weekend?? I drove the entire 7-8 hours each way. *groans* But had a BLAST. :)

(((hugs Amanda))). Am excited on the count-down to Raad's interview date! Whoo-hoo!

Goodness he certainly gets more than his fair share of troubles. Poor little guy. Insha'Allah he'll mend quickly.

I felt so worried the first time my son broke his arm.

But, kids seem to be troopers with stuff like this.

Living with hubby in Egypt, at last.

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

:P JESS!!!!!!!!!!! Love that picture of the baby!

Your week sounds alot like ours...yesterday was our day trip to the beach (about 2 hours from here)

tomorrow hubby is going to fill out an application for a new job (PRAY FOR US!) and at night we have the Phillies' game both my hubby and youngest daughter's first

thursday I have to go sit with my grandmom (my new job 1x a week to help out the fam)

Friday hubby is going to have one of his dreams come true...to see his fav guitarist live in concert!

Saturday we have a free and totally awesome healthy kids day at CHOP hospital in Philadelphia.

I wanted to post that our beach trip did off without a hitch...everything was perfect. We actually got started on the journey about 7 45 am. The weather was delightful but don't use spf 15 when you are extremely fair and sitting out in the sun for 5 hours :unsure:

I did get sunburn :(

I thought hubby was sun proof but believe it or not, even with his tough dark skin, he got some sunburn on his knees, shins and toes :o OUCH

We have a gloomy day here in PA

wishing you all a great rest of your tuesday

and thank GOD we are nearly 1/2 way through the week already :dance:

IHQ...It is terrible that people work on Sundays. Years ago, ( a-hem ) it was kinda unheard of. Perhaps you can have you some church with Amanda and I.
