My fiancee finally got her K1 Visa in her hand this week. The whole process took 9 months. The delays were cause from Hong Kong post mailing the packet to the Manila post and mailing a Hong Kong Certificate of No Criminal Conviction to the Manila post. This added over 2 months delay. I don't understand why it takes a month to mail something from Hong Kong to Manila, but it did.

Oh well, it's finally over with. Good luck to those still waiting! :)

RFE Nov. 17, 2009

Finally mailed back RFE December 15, 2009
