Our NOA1 was January 30, 2009 with Vermont Service Center--I've noticed that every "similiar" timeline that I've checked has already gotten their NOA2 from Vermont Service Center---Today makes 107 days for us and when we check online our case is still listed as "pending" does this mean something is wrong? :crying:

Don't rely only on checking online since it is not updated in a regular fashion. Many have had their NOA2 for a long time and still their status shows "pending". Don't loose hope. It could already be on the mail for all we know. Please let us know when you receive it.

PEACE and good luck............

there is one couple on vj that his wife is already here and has been for some months and it still shows received and pending, some people are lucky and the on line site gives the change of the status but not all so i would not worry.

The average for VSC is still currently around 140+/- days - it's tough when you see folks with similar timelines getting approved but there are almost always as many/more folks that are still waiting (like you). Hang in there - you're almost through the hardest part.

i understand your feeling, but it is what it is, you'll need to wait a little bit more, come July if you didn't hear anything, contact your senator or congressman...

ok! I called USCIS--they acted like I was crazy for calling and said to call only if I haven't heard within the 6 month estimated processing time. 99% of the people with our NOA1 date filing at the Vermont Service Center have already gotten their NOA2 GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR My father is a retired Col. from the US Army--I wonder if it would help if I had him call LOL-- OK never mind me, I'm just getting crazy.
