okkkkkkkkkkkk,

i have my info pass appointment this coming Monday.

do i take my five plus pounds of documents, letters and request submitted to congressmen, senators, ombudsmen, and both presidents, as well as answers from these and service request, proof of filing expedites three times and the documentation to show why it should be allowed?

times i have called and their response?

or should i just take the minimal documents?

Take everything.

Better to be overprepared then under...

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

thanks i was kind of thinking that, but wanted to be sure, do u have any other ideas of what i should take that i have not stated, i dont know if i can even get anyplace with this appointment but i want to give it my best shot so that when i take this to federal court to try to get this adjudicated i can show more than enough effort of trying to resolve this........

Take everything! I haven't had good experiences with Infopass, all the guys I've talked to there were completely rude and impolite, they just want to "get it over with". - when I lived in the States I filed for a visa extension and never heard from USCIS so I had to make many trips to Infopass to get some answers.

Anyways, when I went there (Infopass in San Jose, CA) they wanted to make my appointment as short as possible. They gave me the same answers, and when I told them I already knew that and I showed some evidence, they did little to give me more information. Be persistent, show them everything you got, don't leave without the answers you need. Hope you have someone better to talk to than I did, and that they do something for your case to be approved ALREADY! Good luck, Sara!

thank you for all the good wishes, in reality i dont think they will do anything for us but i do plan on filing a Writ of Mandamus

kind of looks like we will be doing it on our own.

yesterday i received some emails from our attorneys office that has made me wonder where he is and what is going on since there is now a lady that constantly reply to any email we send.

I know in the past i have been told he has had some family emergency so im assuming he or one of his family members is sick.

the first email reply from her yesterday was so confusing, anyways our attorney had at one point stated he could file Writ of Mandamus but she informed me that they dont and to just wait it out.

i have repeatedly asked for all correspondence to csc by our attorney and all correspondence received from csc to him, im not sure why we have not received all of it, but i guess his emails telling me what he has done will have to be good enough to show that even he has done all that he can.

i know that if i dont have all my bases covered when i do the Writ of Mandamus it can effect the case and info pass is the last thing we have not done we have exhausted every other avenue available.

so im going up there 100 miles from us one way with the idea its just a process i have to go thru with out expecting much and going to lunch after wards.
