I was so stressed out about it . I called this morning but they said... nope and I will call days and nights from now on :cry2::cry2::cry2:

Maybe you should call USCIS and see if they have even sent it yet and where it may be.

I just check my uscis Portfolio and the last update has been change to 05/18/2009 for my I-129F & I-130 so what that mean ???

It probably means they just mailed your files to NVC on the 18th. The last touch we received from USCIS was the date it was forwarded to NVC.

You should get a letter soon from NVC saying that they have received your case and it will be forwarded to the embasssy within a week(for the 129f). You will get an AOS fee bill for the I 130 soon as well, although I think they went to all email now at NVC. So either in the mail or an email for the CR1

keep calling, it will be there within days I think

Good Luck

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!
