Hey everyone

This is Gabriel (beneficiary). I'm done filling out the forms and I'm planning on sending them to my Fiance in a few days so we can go ahead and file, but I want to make sure I'm sending everything she will need from me for the package I-129F. I'm sending original statements of intent to marry within 90 days signed, form G-325A, one passport photo. so beside those things, what else do I need to send her? or is that it?

THanks

That is about it - as long as you never were divorced (married before).

Looks like you have everything.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

That is all she needs for now.

One suggestion, Gabriel, just from my fertile and cynical mind. Make TWO letters of intent and TWO signed G-325a forms and TWO passport photos. Jen can keep these with her "file" copy. If something should go wrong and the package gets lost in the mail (you read here enough to know it happens) she can whip out another package in minutes, other wise she has to wait for your original signature on these forms. I suggest anything requiring an original signature...you make two of.

Also, to other readers, I say this knowing the saga of Gjen. :))) They have no divorce papers to file, or else he would also have to include those.
