I am jet lagged and have a busy day ahead of me today....off to get my medicals done in 5 hours.

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Completed my medicals today...tomorrow I need to submit all my paperwork to VFS office....after that I can take a breather for a few days and relax before the interview.

Did Steve & K get the Visa? Do we have an update yet?

Waving back at Seren (and everyone else) ecstatically I got an update!! How's this for an update: I emailed the consulate last nite asking they move our date and guess what??? OMGGGGGG They agreed to moving us up to MAY 12th!!!! That's less that 10 days away!!! OMGGGGGGGG I am so ecstatic my hubby will be most likely able to celebrate my bday with me and the family as everyone is invited to my place for a BBQ and swim in the pool!!! Omg the interview is 7 days away!! That's next Tuesday!! I can't believe it! I'm in shock big time!! Thank u GOD!! :dance::star::dance::star::dance: Edited by GS4EVER

Mar 6, 2009 - Medical for Ksenia & Sasha completed in Kiev. Everything is great.

Mar 9, 2009 - Called NVC and found out our K3 is in "administrative processing"

Apr 6, 2009 - OUT OF A.P. !!! File being sent to Kiev !

May 5, 2009 - K3 interview in Kiev! APPROVED !!!

July 12, 2009 - ARRIVAL IN USA !!!

Hey Seren- How is bombay treating you? I hope it has cooled off since I was there, 110 degrees is just nuts!!!! Let me know if you have any questions about VFS. The Mumbai consulate and the VFS office are about 1KM from each other. Good Luck with the medical!!!

I can't believe it!! 7 days!!! i was reading an interview review just a few minutes ago... and my body shaked, felt butterflies in my stomach thinking about my interview... and i still have almost 4 weeks! ... Change the date to just 7 days gives me a Heart Attack!!! WOW!!
