:goofy: Oh my word Rebecca, I didn't realize Wes hadn't gotten his green card yet as I knew your interview was a month before ours. But back to your question - Keith's was touched on a Friday and I think the next Tuesday is when we got the email notification, then that next Saturday the welcome letter, and the following Monday the actual green card. Your touch sounds good to me. Good luck!!! :goofy:

I hope it is the case that Wes will soon get his green card........ I think someone is sitting on our case and cant lift their behinds up of it long enough to give us an interview date ....... :angry:

I keep seeing others who have gone through Atlanta with later dates than us ( 6th Dec 05 ) and have had their interviews and now have the green card in hand ..........

Oct 20th 08 ..... Check has been cashed, waiting on the NOA1 and Biometrics appointment now.

Oct 24th 08 ..... NOA arrives in post.

Nov 13th 08 ..... Receive date for Bio-metrics in Atlanta.

Nov 28th 08 ..... Bio-metrics appointment.

Feb 18th 09 ..... Date of decision to remove conditions on permanent residency.

Feb 23rd 09 ..... Received notification on approval ( via snail mail ). Green card on order.

Feb 26th 09 ..... Card production ordered. Pleas wait 30 days ( as per case status on USCIS home page ).

Mar 7th 09 ....... My 10 yr green card arrives.

Apr 22nd 09 ..... Sons 10 yr green card finally arrives( after a nudge at VSC from the USCIS helpline)

Going to take a little break from the immigration stuff.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for Wes and his Greencard...mine was pending for about four months after my interview for the name check. After the 90 days had passed, I called the misinformation line to ask about it, this guy said that he would process a referral or something...a week later, I got my welcome letter and Greencard through the post. :dance:

Hopefully a touch is pretty much the same thing!

02/14/05 - Had Medical Exam

02/22/05 - Filed for AOS in Seattle, in person

03/31/05 - Got EAD!!

04/02/05 - Biometrics and Fingerprinting

08/24/05 - (conditional) Permanent Resident

09/08/05 - Passport stamped in Seattle

09/19/05 - Recieved actual Greencard! YAY!!!
