Welcome to VJ. You sure are moving fast. You should tell your 1st fiancee to cancel it again. Your 2nd fiancee can file for you now. If you don't show up for the interview for 1st fiancee, it will be canceled. It is better if the papers are not submitted. I don't know what problems you may have with the 2nd petition. It depends on whether the 1st petition is filed or not.

I would think you should wait a while before filing for the 2nd visa. You need to know this person more and make sure this is what you want to do. It seems to me that you are going too fast in finding a mate. You should communicate more both online and over the phone with your new fiancee. Just my opinion.

Good luck.

hello to all vj's im new this site.im sure this site can help me.....I have a problem...I wish u can help me about my problem...

Last year i met a man...after 3 months of chatting...he come over here and then we got engaged...After we got our NOA1 i changed my mind and tell him to cancell our papers K1 visa coz i found something with him that i dont like...So why i tell him to not to go through and cancell our papers but he refused my request..

Doesn't matter if he refused, if you don't complete the visa application, it is not binding to you.

2 months after i met another man and we got engaged...He want to submit now our papers k1 visa...Now my question is...Is it ok he submit our papers k1 visa next month even my previous paper not yet cancell?

Yes, they are two different people putting in the paperwork. However, you may have some explaining to do when you get to the embassy if they note that two people applied for you within months of each other.

His lawyer said can be file again new k1 visa? is it true can be even my first one k1 visa not yet cancelled?

The K-1 petition is just that, a petition to allow you the opportunity to apply for a visa. You didn't make it to that point.

Please help me guys..Im just want to make sure it can be or not...Follow up...last 2 weeks i got email from my ex bf,he said that my papers will be forwarded to manila US embassy and he had our manila case number already...

Again, doesn't matter, if you refuse to go to that interview, or fill in the paperwork for that case, it is not binding to you. But, again, if they note you found someone new, and have a new K-1 coming, I hope you can explain it to their satisfaction.

I dont want to go through my papers medical and interview coz i dont love him anymore after i found out some thing with him...So i hope u help me guys....thanks a lot...

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

WARNING: Phrases in this post may sound meaner than they were intended to be. Read the Adjudicator's Field Manual from USCIS

Wow, well welcome, and may I just say that your prediciment is exactly the same as another member's....@@@@@. Disregarding the remarkable coincidence, you cannot be forced into a K-1 visa. Your former fiancee has enough information from to you file I-129f's until the end of days, and nothing can stop him from doing it at $455 each. But if you don't go to the interview and don't subit the application for visa, no visa will be issued.

If your new fiance files an I-129f while one is pending, there could be some serious questions about YOUR intent, but you should be able handle that, right?

Good luck
