Good Luck Krunal...May God gives us good news soon....I think u have already known my situation, the whole flip idea failed in my case cuz I got a later date for my K3...

03/06/2009 : NVC Received; 03/09/09 Case Number Assigned; 03/10/09 K3 stuck in AP

03/17/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills generated (by email @ 10:00 p.m.); 03/18/2009 : AOS/IV fee bills paid online

Got home today, after a 12 hour shift, and guess what I found in my mail ... 3 letters from the USCIS saying they processed my complaint about not getting NOA2 letters for my K3 and (2) I-130's.

"AS A COURTESY" ... they will be sending me "another" copy of my NOA2 letters. Isn't that just "swell" of them, considering I never got the NOA2's in the first place :blink:

Oh well. I'll just be watching my mail the next few days. I'll believe it when I see it ...
