Thanks! I did it  By the way, I have a question :I'm wondering what is the next in my case- interview or GC. Actulay, I'm concern mostly because of the trip I'm planing to make in August to visit my family. I wouldn't like to have an interview during that time. What should I expect? Do you have any idea?

welcome (dobrodosla) iva!

I just got another mail today:

*** DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS E-MAIL ***

The last processing action taken on your case

Receipt Number: MSC............

Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident.

On June 25, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we had registered this customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your new permanent resident card should be mailed within 60 days following this registration or after you complete any ADIT processing referred to in the welcome notice, whichever is later. If you move before you get your new card call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

Is there more delays with gc or they are back normal? I wonder how long it will take to come in the mail cause here is written 60 days.

I agree 100% that we don't need a lawyer, but my husband and my mom-in-law say its better to be more comfortable blah blah blah... since its not their money (my dad is offering to pay for it) i guess is very easy to spend lol

P.S: welcome to April Filers Iva :)

I put you in the spreadsheet and updated your row, you're right at the top in the purple row starting with 2-Apr :)

Since you haven't been transferred to CSC (yet) you'll most likely have an interview at your local office. But nobody can tell you when you'll have the interview until you get the letter with a date. I'm not sure if you can reschedule it.

Congrats tihana, I haven't heard anything since Wednesday, no welcome notice yet. And now it's weekend and I'll have to wait til Monday

bluemist got her GC quite fast, there was no delay for her, so maybe they're back to normal.

Don't worry about the touches, my case hasn't been touched since April 30th (the day they received it) and I got the appointment letter last week, so just be patient and hopefuly you'll get it soon :)
