I have made 2 mistakes in my I-129F application:

1. instead of the originals, I photocopied all the forms and sent the copies (including photocopied signatures.) I did sent color printouts of our pictures as evidence.

2. On the Biographical Data form (G-325A), instead of filling out page 1 to page 4 with petitioner data and the second set of page 1 to page 4 with the fiance data, we only filled out page 1 with petitioner and page 2 with fiance data, not sending page 3 and 4 at all.

Are these major mistakes? Should we correct our mistakes and re-send now so that we can save time or should we just wait for their reply?

these are major issues, you will probably get an RFE , all forms need original signature, G-325A have 4 pages, and all 4 should be filed out. wait for USCIS to respond, anything you send at this point will be lost...

You should be getting an RFE , the G-325A Biographic Information , 4 pags must be completed by the petitioner (US Citizen0 . But the other 4 G-325 Biographic Information , for your forighn fiancee can be completed by you . But needs to be sent to him or her , so she can sign all four pages , then send them back too you so you can include them with yours . When you send it too the USCIS . Allso if you don't sent a photo copy of your Birth Certificate , and your fiancee Birth Certificate . You will be getting an RFE for that too , expect your RFE , sometime when USCIS starts processing your file .

Yes, you will probably get an RFE. Sending anything now will simply go into the USCIS black hole. You will have to wait for an RFE and then send what they ask for and wait longer. The instructions are really quite literal, as you read them follow them exactly. Shortcuts and trying to save paper or 10 minutes time will bite you in the @ss every time. There are many more forms and documents in this process to go, so read the guides, follow the instructions and you will avoid months and months of delay

mistakes? yes... major mistakes? IDK ... just sit back and wait... let the USCIS decide if it is major or not

YMMV
