Hey VJ's Brothers and Sisters... My interview is finally coming up soon. How Soon? Well Monday 16th of March 2009 to be exact. I hope everything goes fine. I've been reading different Interviews from fellow members and I somewhat feel confident that it will be alright. I mean my wife and I are Madly in love and have nothing to hide. It scares me tho a litle when I read some few Interviews where the interview is very complicated. Hopefully It'll be good. I'll keep yall posted on how it when. My interview will be In Dallas, Tx.

My timeline ...

AOS 2008

10/27/2008: Sent I-130,-485 and -765.

10/29/2008: USPS delivery confirmation.

11/04/2008: Notice Date.

11/06/2008: NOA for I-130,-485 and -765.

11/13/2008: Biometrics Appointment letter.

11/14/2008:cases online. I-130 and -765.

11/18/2008: I-485 case is online.

11/20/2008: Received RFE.

11/29/2008: Biometric Done.

12/14/2008: Sent response to RFE.

12/18/2008: NOA on RFE.

01/07/2009: Response for I-765: Current Status: Card production ordered.

01/17/2009: Received EAD in the mail

01/26/2009: Interview Notice.03/16/2009... It's a Date!!!

03/16/2009: Interview done.... Approved!

03/28/2009: Green Card in mail!!! Yeay!!!

Removal of Condition 2011

02/23/2011: Sent I-751 Packet

02/25/2011: USPS Delivery Confirmation

02/28/2011: NOA

03/03/2011: Check Cashed per VSC

04/18/2011:Biometrics Appointment

08/25/2011:Approval Notice

N-400 Timeline

OMG my fiances interview is also monday I'm a soo scared!, but don't worry March the 16th is the best day ever! because that's my brithday and everything should be okay!! :lol: .

02/05/00 - Relationship started

09/08/06 - Engaged & Pregnant!

03/13/08 - I filed for Citizenship

07/22/08 - Became US Citizen

08/02/08 - I-129F sent

08/13/08 - Case received by VSC

08/16/08 - NOA1

08/18/08 - Touched

12/18/08 - Touched again exactly 4 mos. after 1st touch!

12/18/08 - Noa2 @ 3PM-Gracias Dios Mio!

12/24/08 - NVC sent pckg. 3 to Embassy

01/02/09 - Pckg 3 rcvd. by Embassy

01/09/09 - Pckg 3 from Embassy received by beneficiary

02/09/09 - Medical exam

02/16/09 - Sent back checklist and docs required by embassy.

03/13/09 - We will fly to see Daddy Gary

03/16/09 - 1 PM Interview (Pray God he gets visa)

03/16/09 - 5PM INTERVIEW PASSED WOOHOO. Thank God.

03/25/09 - Visa on hand! he went to DHL office after phone call received.

04/18/09 - My Cuchi came, (NYC)a wonderful unbelievable moment!:)

04/20/09 - We applied for marriage licence. (Township Municipal Bldg Health Dept.)

04/23/09 - Licence on hand

04/29/09 - Applied for Social Security (He was in system!)

04/30/09 - Wedding day!!! Yeeebaa

05/07/09 - SS card in mail. "valid for work only with DHS authorization"

05/13/09 - Sent AOS paperwork.

06/16/09 - Biometrics Apptmt.

06/25/09 - EAD Card in mail!

06/26/09 - Letter saying case transfered to Cali.

08/08/09 - Residence Card in Mail! Yuuupiiiiiii.

THE END FOR 2 MORE YEARS.

I don´t need patience if I have love. Ah I que Viva mi Guayaquil Carajo!

Filed for AOS . Sent through USPS Priority Express : March 03, 2009
Package Delieverd at USCIS: March 05, 2009
March 13, 2009 : Checks Cashed
March 13, 2009 : NOA 1 received on I-485, I-130, I-765. Dated March 11th, 09
March 17, 2009 : Biometrics Letter recieved (Dated 13th March). Interview on 1st week of April
April 2, 2009 : Biometrics done. Total time taken with wait 20 mins.
April 22, 2009 : Called USCIS. They have received fingerprints and work permit is in process.
May 7, 2009 : I-765 case online. Card Production ordered.
May 11,2009 : EAD card received.
May 12,2009 : Applied for SSN.
May 18,2009 : Received SS card.
June 08,2009 : Received Letter for Interview ( scheduled on July 14 th July )
July 14th : Great Interview. All done in 20 mins.
July 18th: Online status - Card Production ordered. Thank God !! I-130 online status : Pending
July 23rd : Welcome to USA & I-130 approval letter recieved. Online status still shows pending.
July 31st : Received conditional green card
Removing Condition
3/25/11 - Received reminder from USCIS to file for ROC
5/6/11 - Sent I-751 Packet to CSC via usps
5/9/11- Package delivered to csc.
5/11/11- Check cashed electronically by CSC
5/16/11- NOA 1 received
5/27/11 - Biometrics letter received.Scheduled on 06/06/11. Case Online
6/6/11 - Biometrics done
9/6/11 - Approved.Card Production Ordered
9/12/11- Card Received

Citizenship

10/13/15 : Sent N400

10/16/15 : NOA

11/13/15 : Fingerprints

11/17/15 : In Line for Interview

01/11/16 : Interview- Passed & Given Oath letter & Date by hand

01/14/16 : Oath Ceremony done & Naturalization Certificate in hand.Proud citizen of USA

hey

dont be worried about irving....they are really nice there..i know 3 person include me wich all got approved there...dont be early there..they wont let u in then....only 30-45minits before...we had our appointment at 10.15 and got the call at 11.20...and was out ther at 11.40...they will look with u thruw the case and ask u how u met wanna see some evidence and thats it....so nothing to be worried

Good luck! Our interview is April 2, where can I find accounts of other people's interviews? I'd love to read a few so I can know what to expect!
