Thanks Teekol, I really apprieciate anyone who is still here to cheer us on, hopefully this hell will be over soon, we both just want to be together and get on with our lives.

Hyena, it will happen fast, but you have waited so long for this you are no doubt more prepared then you ever thought you would be, just take a few deep breaths and make sure you clean the bathroom, it will be fine.

We did, and we spoke to the lawyer and very thing about it, and was advised that the chances were we would have a hellish AOS and they would charge us with Visa fraud, and since there was no way we could prove hardship it would have ended with me being deported or fined or jailed and the same for Chris (minus the deportation).

wow. that's enought o scare the living bageezers out of you! Well it sounds like you are doing the right thing, even if it sucks. I guess the plus side is that they let you in to visit! Hang in there!

I have been on and off, though Ill be honest reading it just depresses me so I try to avoid the place.

I did see what Estadia wrote, but as far as I know Chris has never filed to bring anyone else to the US, all of his past relationships have been with other americas, and quite a while ago (end of collage before he had cancer I think was the last one). Yeah i just check his I129F I have a copy of, he has never petitioned for a visa of any sort before me so that isnt the case.
