Okay so I got my NOA2 Notice in the mail yesterday, and there is really nothing for me to do at this point, I told my fiance the ball is in his court now...NVC said they would mail him a packet I guess what he will need for his medical and all that other stuff...NVC said it would take about 4 weeks for them to get the paperwork....does it really take that long? I'm just hoping he will be here before Christmas!!

if you look at your consualte review, you can see the forms they ask for. the beneficiary can pretty much complete a great deal fo these now and the petitioner has to give a few of them to the bene as well. best to do all that asasp so when p3 arrives you can send back the stuff same day / week and have less time waiting for the interview date.

So where do I find this consulate review? Is it online?

It is probably still there. I see from Igor's list that some March people are still waiting. Keep your hopes up. It will most likely be approved soon!

We just got notice from the NVC that our case is now being forwarded to the US embassy in London within the next seven days. Wow! Things are moving fast. I'm getting really nervous!

Yay! This is a good thing. Be sure to update your timeline! :)

Sorry to hear that but there is always a silver lining I sure your case will be found and approved soon. It's hard to believe that they would lose a case. It maybe misplaced but most likely not lost. Anyway I wish you guys the best of luck and hope for speedy approval.
