Now that you have an interview date are you able to check your case staus online?

Nope. It's a little annoying, but I guess I can live with it now that I know that the interview has been scheduled.

Update:

received my Biometrics Appointment Letter today for April 24...yahoo!!!

I was nervous when I opened it bcoz I thought it's an RFE bcoz we only submitted 2008 tax return which is married filing jointly..we didnt submitted 3 years for tax coz I thought 2008 tax return will be enough.I hope USCIS will satisfy with the 2008 tax return we submitted.

I only sent out our 2008 tax too. Hopefully, no RFE for us.

Yes,God Bless us..let's hope and pray na walang RFE...I thought I'm alone...Lol

Hi there Brad_Charel,

just want to ask about the RFE you received before..is that about the 3 years tax return?

I'm worried because we only submitted 2008 tax return which is joint or married-filing jointly instead of 3 years.

Thanks.

AndyJona, when i was going to bed last night, i thought of something that i know i would like to see on the speadsheet. I think it would be helpful to both those who are looking for an appropriate and curret average as well as future filers who want to look back at the track record. What about having an average (that updates as people enter their information as they get it) between the average number of days between when their biometrics was done and when the case was transferred to CSC or when they got an appt. I know that would require to put in the date in the spreadsheet, but i think it would be helpful for those who are nervous and want to see what the average is amongst other march filers. I think it would deff. be helpful for future members too. Just a suggestion.

Has anyone tried calling USCIS regarding the case status online? I looked at their FAQs and said that if we can't see our case status online, we should call the Service Center where we submitted our application.

Did you mean the number of days from the Biometrics was done to the case transferred or the Interview date?

yes, the average number of days so those who are still waiting know what to expect, and those in the future will be able to see what happened to all of us in march, and what our wait looked like.

Ok, I already added a column for # (number) of days before transfer/interview date. Due to this change, I'd like to request everyone to put the date when their case was transferred to CSC/VSC instead of just Yes or No.

Thanks!
