Ron Paul is a great guy but he is not electable due to his age (how old will he be in 4 or 8 yrs).

For lack of genuine leadership and ideas, the GOP continues to marginalize itself as a regional party. The landscape of this country has changed a lot as many more immigrant becomes citizens and young people continue to embrace fresh, progressive, inclusive and compassionate social idealogy. The Grand Old regional party will continue to lose in elections after elections because the veil have been lifted thanks to Mr George Bush.

I like it when I hear Limbaugh rant and rave about his love for this country and how he wants to take it back. One has to separate fact from Fiction folks.

If "moderation" was the path to success for the GOP, there could not have been a more perfect test of this theory than... JOHN MCCAIN.

As mUch as the Left hated and despised Palin, the only time McCains numbers climbed was when he named a Conservative to the ticket as his Running mate.

Suddenly people actually came to Campaign stops and even put yard signs out. (some with McCains name cut out).

The truth is, it is very hard to get a Moderate GOP elected.

NOw it may be true, that the GOP and the things they they stand for are over...

The message of Low taxes and Small Gov't is drowned out by people demanding ,more and more from Govt.

IN fact Obama has cemented us on this path now with his explosion of new programs which will only grow.

It's a PoliSci scale. Actually, the terms are arbitrary. When to say "reactionary", you are referring to a movement, or group, that wants to turn back the clock, undo changes that have already been made. Radical means you want to make severe changes in the government. I left out revolutionary, which would completely replace the government.
