Google is terrific. I just made wheat pizza dough a couple of months ago but don't remember the receipt. I might have gotten it from my low Cholesterol receipt book, will have to go check.

what is an oven brick?

i ask because it makes sense if the answer is the pizza was cooked in a brick oven, but if you're telling her to ensure to cook the pizza oven brick, then it makes no sense, u can not do that unless u have that in your house.

• 483 mL (roughly 2 cups) whole-wheat flour
• 241 mL (roughly 1 cup) water
