Poor Brit. I saw the interview, kept hoping someone off camera would pass her a tissue so she could lose the gum. I think she's starting to look and (alas) sound like a young Courtney Love. She comes off as incredibly dumb, but I think she's a bit smarter than she sounds. She wanted to be a young mom and that is sometimes the downside - you are totally retarded and in no way prepared for motherhood and make really dumb mistakes....she just gets to make hers in public. I hope she gets it together....and have you seen her Manny??? :o Manny equals Male Nanny.

she is a typical southern trailer trash that made it..never is class exhbited prior or later..

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Well considering she's built her career on slutting herself up for publicity, is it any wonder that people are bashing her for how she looks now? Like someone said, she can't have her cake and eat it too. She received fame and fortune for those tits and that ### and now she should have to deal with the backlash at being a beached whale. A beached whale with hideous hair extensions.

Big deal, she chews gum like a cow, some ppl find her trashy, whatever....I just find it funny that the second someone looks less than perfect, everyone jumps on the bandwagon.

Like oooh here's a chance to bash her cos she normally looks better! first we build em up then we tear them down. and usually it's done by other females who'd never have the oppty to look half as good.

Except for the Daisy Duke outfit, I'd say she has a much more "normal" body now, no?..... especially for a pregnant woman? She'd do better to wear appropriate clothing though.

I'm no Britney fan, but if everyday women can make mistakes every single day with their children, it's just a shame that Brit can't. Yes, the driving incident was stupid, but how the press treated her after the tripping incident was just rediculous. Parents have oooopsies with the kids ALL the time...they just don't have cameras pointed at them.

WE build them up? Who's this "WE"? I certainly never have liked her and from the beginning I saw that she lacked any talent besides flashing her big ol' boobs to the world. I definitely don't think it's wrong of me to feel gleeful about her downfall. She needs to wear more clothes - whether she's 100lbs or 500lbs.

'We' = society as a whole, the media, etc.

They wouldn't be printing half of what they do if we didn't lap it up with a spoon. Who wore what, oh my God - look at her without makeup, doesnt' she look bad, blah blah blah.

She should wear whatever clothes make her happy. It's not for you or me to decide. And you being gleeful about anyone's downfall? Well that's just sad cos I think it's a bit malicious.

I certainly don't think she's nearly as talented as her fame has gotten her (I'd take Christina A over her any day of the week) , but fair dues to the lass for riding it out as long as poss. And with all the media attn, I'd hardly call what she's in a 'downfall' but whatever....She came from nowt & now has achieved what many never can. If you see that fact as giving you the right to feel happy with someone's misfortune, then hey...that's your thing. Best of luck with that!:thumbs:

Why would you feel so "gleeful" about her downfall?

Surely then, logic says that if you feel "gleeful at her downfall", you were more than a little unhappy at her rise to fame albeit aided by her looks at the time. That's the society we live in, unfortunatly s e x sells, and there is a market for it-that's not her fault.

IMO your comment says more about you and your self-image than about her.

BTW-I am not a Brittany fan; I don't think she can sing either, but I have never felt any satisfaction or glee at seeing a fellow human being "down".

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!
