HI, WONDERING IF I HAVE TO LIST ALL HIS CHILDREN UNDER 21, OR ONLY THE ONE THAT WILL ACCOMPANY HIM TO AMERICA??? PLEASE HELP, CONFUSED!!

Timeline

You need to list ALL children under 21 for the I-129F. When he receives his packet from the embassy, that is the time you will address the question about which children will be accompanying him to the US.

Aren't you supposed to list ALL children, even if they are over 21? Where does it say to only list the ones under 21?

Whenever you see a question on a form, take it literally and answer it accurately. Questions about children are asked on more than one form and in more than one format. When asked to list all children, list them all. When asked to list all umarried children under 21 don't list any married children or children over 21. When asked to list children immigrating with you, only list the children immigrating with you. The questions are asked for diffrent reasons. Answer them.

I think the children issue is often overlooked here and it adds twists to the process. We have two children involved in our case and to complicate things one came with us and the other will come this summer. I was going to give a longer and more confusing answer, but Pushbrk is very concise, answer the question exactly as asked. If a child is not listed and you decide to add them later, big problem.
