How heavy was the period on Jan 5th? There is a small possibility that you are pregnant (especially if you are normally rgular), and had what is called an implantation bleed on Jan 5th, ie not a real period, especially if it was lighter than normal.

Good luck!

If you had unprotected sex for 9 days straight I'd say you have an excellent chance of being pregnant! :bonk:

The best option is to go to your OBGYNE and have a pregnancy test (blood) not urine to be sure enough. Cuz sometimes urine test will have a false positive.

There' s a chance that you are pregnant. You might have ovulated before you got your period...

I'd get a home pregnancy test. They are so accurate nowadays. The chance of a false positive is rather low.

The best way to tell if you’re pregnant is go see your OB-Gyne and take pregnancy test. Many things like stress and diet can cause our cycles to change.

We’re very happy when we found out that I was pregnant with our son. Seeing our little man and his heartbeat for the first time during ultrasound was awesome, that it’s hard to hold back the tears of joy in our eyes.

"Being parents has brought us to our knees in gratitude. We are humbled like never before. We are filled with exhilaration so awesome that we wanted to shout our joy in giant swooping phrases. We love our little man so much. It's a beautiful thing. Truly, babies are God's proof that the best things do come in small packages!!!"

BUT. She might have ovulated before she got her period. Lets say she ovulated December 27th...and had intercourse on December 28th then the spermies might have made their way to the eggie before her uterus shed itself (ohhh the wonderful female anatomy :)). she got her period while eggie with spermies travelled through the fallopian tube into the uterus and...voila...preggo.

I'd still suggest to actually test instead of asking the glass ball. If you are preggo and you are plenty time past your expected AF then a regular cheapo pregnancy test should detect the hcg hormones.

The pregnancy test result can exactly tell if you're pregnant or not. But with reference on your first day of LMP and no contact after which, I doubt if there was zygote/embryo implanted on your uterus. . If ever there is any that sounds exemptional on your case...to make it conclusive, conduct a pregnancy test.

it is better to go to your OB-GYN so that the opinion comes more from a professional point of view. But to share my story, my LMP was June 12. But there was sexual contact about a week before that. Three weeks after June 12th, I took a pregnancy test and it was NEGATIVE. But a week later, I found out I was over a month pregnant. Hehe So it is better to go to your physician. God bless! :star:

An HPT will answer everything. Even OBs just use regular HPTs.
