Hi everybody! I would like to know if there's any visa available in USCIS to hire a caregiver? I have a friend who has disability and needs caregiver. In Canada, I heard theres a lot of Filipino caregiver and they're getting working visa. Is there any visa petition that is possible to file for a caregiver similar to Canada? His family doesnt like to put him in a nursing home. Or if He can find a wife to marry is it really a must to visit her twice? Can he file a hardship letter stating that because of his condition he cant go travel outside the country?

Thank you very much!

Too Expensive

Care givers or helpers or maids cost $30 per month in PI.

They provide 24 hour service

It would be an H1B visa, if it could be justified and they could afford it. Hospitals are importing RN's on these visas due to a shortage. Somehow I think the need will be filled domestically within the next 5 years.

RN have not been coming into USA for 2 years, and expect another 3 to 5 years before RN can come to USA on a work visa.

USA is under retrogression for RN's Visas...

Looks like I'm a little behind the times. Thanks.
