You're welcome :):)

I have not seen anyone lately that has been able to get the IIN from an operator. I'm just waiting for ours to come in the mail. We should receive it this week.

Nice to see everyone moving along the sheet.

Its great to know you're not the only one trying to get the IIN number and not being successful. Now I know its standard procedure and they arent just signaling me out.

How do you know your fee bills have been generated? Do you have to talk to someone or does the AVR tell you, I never bother to talk to anyone just go to the AVR. Even when it is generated, you need both numbers IIN & case number to pay correct?

I have no idea how some people got there IIN numbers over the phone from operators. I tried many many times and gave up. It must be really drilled into them now not to give them out! Not to worry - your IIN should not take long in the mail!

When you get the IIN you can log onto the online payment page and your AOS bill should be there. Our IV bill was there the next time we logged in. You can't really check if htese are gerated unless you log on I guess - not sure if the operators can tell you but I have given up with the operators for this part!

Isn't it nice that at least at NVC you can speak to the operator to try to find out what's happening? More often than not you get someone nice (even if they can't give you the IIN#!) In Vermont everything just sat there and you never had a clue what was going on! Once that is generated and you send and get the DS-3032 accepted everything else happens pretty quick!

i get it right, it can be very frustrating when no one wants to talk to you. i was kind of surprised myself the way the operator talked to me politely, she politely told me that she cannot give me the IIN # but was helpful in letting me know whatz up with my DS3032, maybe she sensed the desperation in my voice or she was just nice and doing her job respectfully.

Hep B is only required for ages 18 and under.

You can see more info at this link. This is from the panel physician in Canada; I don't think are different requirements in other countries but I might be wrong.

Generally though, I do believe that if a vaccination requires more than one shot they will accept it if you have started the series.

Yup, no IIN luck here either... Tried 5-6 times, they all told me to wait for it in the mail :(

The AVR is quite pointless... both my cases have been received and assigned numbers, but the AVR still says that the NVC has no record of them.

I think the AVR is a day or so behind in regards to updates, once your case is loaded into the system though it's handy because a lot of the time I can't get through and I'd rather get the info one day late than staying on the phone FOREVER to talk to operators again. Give it a day or 2 after cases have been recieved for them to be put into the system. Just have the DS-3032 email and the form prepared so as soon as you call and hear it has been generated you can press "send" and mail the hard copy! After it's accepted things speed up I promise!
