I'm so relieved!! We got our NOA for our I-1485 application and one for our I-765 application today. Next thing is the biometrics letter =) Tried to track them on the USCIS website but nothing came up yet. Does anyone know what MSC is code for? I know CSC is for the California service center. Good luck everyone else!!

For the K2 there is a separate I-485. A G-325A is needed if the child is 14 years of age or older. You just need to send a copy of the I-864 Affadavit of Support that you included with your application. No need to send the supporting documents with the copy.

The address is in the instructions for the I-485. Use the physical address in Chicago for FedEx, not the PO Box.

Called the bank, and they were able to tell me that my $1,010 cashier's check was cashed on Jan. 20 (6 days after USCIS signed for my packet).

Still no NOA yet.

Hate being in limbo like this.

We finally received NOA1s for AOS and EAD for me and my 2 kids (K1 & K2).:dance::dance: we did not apply for AP even if it was free just additional documents for something we won't really need. I am just soo happy and soooooooo relieved, at least our papers was indeed received by USCIS. WHEW! Now the waiting finally begins.

Hate being in limbo like this.

You can always go to your back and have them pull out the encashed check in their computer, your case number should be at the back of your check and your bank should be able to show you an electronic image of it. Once you get the case number you can sign up on USCIS site and check your status.

Good luck to you and to all others. Have a blessed Sunday everyone.
