after 7 long months of waiting with no action i got a touch today, now i'm wondering if i should be excited or is it just shifting files to another waiting box.

i think you will be approved very soon. the same thing happened to me and soon came the approval. good luck!

mohamed123 you gave me the strength to view my e-mail when i saw we have similar timeline and you were approved, yes i'm approved too. yeah, thanks to cmnb, at least Vermont gave me a new year present.

I've been getting touched all over since I was transferred to CSC on 22nd :) woooo it tickles :) I think my husband should be jealous... hehe

DS 3032 generated and accepted via email/ AOS I-864 generated : 2009-1-23

Received I-864 Bill : 2009-1-26

Pay I-864 Bill : 2009-1-26 status PAID 1-28

Pay IV Bill : 2009-1-26 status PAID 1-28

Send Completed I 864 and IV Package (overnight) : 2009-2-4 (had to wait for hubby's PC and original birth certificate to arrive)

Case Completed at NVC : 2009-2-11 !!!!
