How do you know no action was taken?

Not all mod-actions result in a suspension or invisibilizing of a post.

Often, a mod will issue a warning to the perp through PM. Incidental to this warning, their warn-count gets incremented in a tool used by mods. Once that count reaches a certain threshold, a suspension automatically kicks in.

Didn't know that. I guess no way to know for sure.

bingo! just bc no one pm'ed you to tell you "i spanked him/her and put them in the corner" doesnt mean no action was taken. you have to trust in the mods and ewok to do their jobs...checking up on them or reminding them to do their jobs becomes annoying. ;)

adding: ive always recieved a reply when i make a report, stating "oki im ontop of it" or " going to check on that right now" and then a follow up of " taken care of" i believe as mods thats all they have to tell us, not what action they took.

We only have so much time each day that our life allows... where it gets used is always a challenge.

yep...i agree :D

daboyz, how many times are you going to resurrect this discourse between the two of us?

If you are doing it to try and embarrass me, you're gonna have to try a lot harder than that. If you're trying to stain my reputation, you can relax. I can handle that one all by myself.

Follow the WHOLE of the conversation and one will see that I responded to a question from you (in detail) and what I got from you was 'go plant a garden, go get a life'. Now, while telling me that wasn't a TOS violation, it was certainly ungrateful.

I also idly note that about two weeks after you and I had this little interchange, you PRIVATE MESSAGED me for advice about how to deal with your lawyer.

You really need to find something new to rail on about.

however, bc that thread was locked, it was useless to begin another thread. IMO it was almost like throwing the organizer under the bus, and trying to continue a argument that was finished on the locked thread.

also, capt correct me if im wrong, instead of starting a thread and exposing someone like that, shouldnt it just been reported? as it already was and already taken care of?

it is...as well as a personal attack on becca by pulling that old thread up with the purpose to humiliate her.
