Happy birthday, Jeanne! Mine is just a few short days away too! :energy:

And congrats, Carmen!!!

Today I'm baking holiday cookies. A Danish cookie, Iranian cookie, Syrian cookie, Peruvian/Argentinian cookie, Greek cookie, a West Indian cookie, and who knows what else?!?!?! :)

Tonight is a big holiday party and my bestest gf is in town from out of the country!~ I haven't seen her in over a YEAR so I'm soooo happy! !! :D

I hope you're all doing okay in your freezing weather. We had rain all day yesterday but today is sunny and blue again!

Alfajores. MMMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmMMMM

Oh and I'm making Brazilian brigaderos! I almost forgot!

Oh Jen!!! Alfajores (de maizena) are the best. My mother in law makes them for me. tee hee I love her's when she puts the dulce de leche and coconut on them. Also, I will actually take her cookies and fill them with raspberry preserves, too, which I love!!!! My hubby looks at me like I'm nuts when I do that.

My parents would never let me have a Ken Doll or a corvette. So my Barbie became bisexual and dated my other girl Barbies until she went to the neighbors house to play the other barbie woman and drive the corvette there and stay in the Barbie mansion. LOLZ!

Anyways...

It's a blizzard here with loads of snow outside. Greyhound canceled some of their bus routes today. I'm supposed to leave for Boise in the morning as I finished my finals today.

Hopefully the snow stops tonight and it's somewhat safe driving down to Boise tomorrow.
