I try to do this every day, every week, every month...oh I am just human and screw up all the time...and in there somewhere are some wonderfully brilliant moments.

Green card/residency card: email notice of approval – August 28th, 2008 yippeeeee!!!

Funny-looking card arrives – September 6th, 2008 :)

Mailed request to remove conditions – July 7, 2010

Landed permanent resident approved – August 23rd, 2010

Second funny looking card arrives – August 31st, 2010

I'm with you Spirit! I'm all for restarting! Who says that we have to wait until the new year to make goals and start being our better selves?! I'm on the wagon. I try to start over every day. I've made commitments to myself that I intend to live up to!

January 5, 2009- I-485 transferred to CSC. Here's hoping for no interview!

February 23, 2009- EAD and AP received in the mail, dated Feb 14th.

April 23, 2009- Welcome to the United States Letter arrives. Card to follow.

June 1, 2009- GC received in mail. Approval date 04/09/09

Done with USCIS until 04/2011!

Holy moly Jill you don't waste any time sistah!

Oh no I don't!! hehe I would have actually sent it sooner but was waiting on a letter from Glen's employer for the I-864 and his parents to give us his 2005/2006 W2's.... So got it all photocopied yesterday and off it goes!! Hoping for AP approval so I can make it home for Easter :star:

argh, I really need to stop spending money... :P

but hubby wants me to keep up my hair so I bought a conair 2in 1 hot air brush.. I hope it does what I want it too... and then I needed new make-up and I had to pick up gifts for the 2 boys I babysit.. plus other odds and ends and then I had to go to the grocery store to stock up on things David could eat after he gets his wisdom teeth pulled on Friday... I think I am about done though with the shopping I have to do before Christmas.. at least I hope I am.... next week I do have to go pick up some fruit before my brother and sister-in-law come.. my nephew likes to eat grapes and bananas for breakfast so I want to pick some up before they get here.. anyways I am rambling... :P

tomorrow I plan to bake all day...

JillA...you should see your AP and EAD in about 70 days. I received approvals for my EAD in 60 days and my AP in 72 days. Laura and I were lucky as the Sept AOS filers had a wonderful person keeping a chart of everyone who filed, when they filed, the dates for everything. You should take a peek at the AOS - Sept Filers. I think I even saw a thread started for Dec Filers too.

Way to go on getting it out quick!!!!

April 13, 2009 - Welcome to the USA letter rec'd. PRC to be rec'd within 3 weeks.

April 16, 2009 - 2 yr GC rec'd in mail.

March 2, 2011 - Mailed in I-751 to CSC

March 4, 2011 - I-751 delivered to CSC

March 4, 2011 - NOA issued

March 12, 2011 - NOA received

April 14, 2011 - BIO Appt 5/6/11

May 6, 2011 - BIO done in 10 minutes...no re-takes this time :)

June 27, 2011 - Email rec'd "Status - Approved"

July 1, 2011 - 10 yr GC arrived

Good morning everyone!

I'm off this morning early to go grocery shopping. I have $15.00 in holiday bucks off my total food bill today, and $10.00 off $50.00 or more in addition! It's always busy on Thursdays when they have these deals, and I have to volunteer today, so I'd best get it done when no one is at the store, rather than at 1:00 pm when it's crazy.
