Why does our dates keep changing on the timeline data. It keep getting further and further away, Disappointing and confusing. Just when I think we are finally going to get the second letter. It has been since Aug 18th and still awaiting, as if the wait has not been long enough. :crying: upsetting me.

Has this happened to anyone else. Below is the third change. Someone please help me understand.

Thanks

Detra

God always hears and answers prayer,

Though long may be the trial.

Let patience bloom while God prepares;

Delay is not denial. But come, the answer surely must,

For God has never lied. And faith, which looks at God in trust,

God never has denied. For God is not a man that he should Lie.

The dates keep changing as people get approved and or getting RFE's or inputting wrong dates by mistake on their timeline. the dates fluctuate alot so try not to be surprised that it changes. a few people that filed in Aug at VSC has been approved already, so yours could be coming shortly...

Those dates are not always accurate, especially if you are speaking of the ones here on VJ. its an ESTIMATED adj time..no need getting worried or upset over them

vj2.jpgvj.jpg

"VJ Timelines are only an estimate, they are not actual approval dates! They only reflect VJ members. VJ Timelines do not include the thousands of applicants who do not use VJ"

IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE SITE, PLEASE READ THE GUIDES BEFORE ASKING ALOT OF QUESTIONS. THE GUIDES ARE VERY HELPFUL AND WILL SAVE YOU ALOT OF TIME!

Which number you are on Igor's list doesn't mean sh**. Sorry, to say this.

I had a friend who was approved on # 153 (that was two months btw and she filed one day later than me) or something and I am in the 50ies now I believe and haven't gotten approved yet.

The timeslines are just a god average but your case might at the end turn out to be completely different for reasons we don't know. In most cases I just assume a lazy adjudicator...

Yeah I have been waiting since Jun and my adjuct was in Nov and still I got no word yet. Guess it is a waiting game. I have a friend that lives in the same state as me and filed a month after I did and it took him a lot time to get his noa1 and he got his noa2 a couple of weeks ago. I got nothing no news at all. So I know your frustration.

Not complaining asking a question, "If you read what I wrote then you would not make such a negative comment.

DONT COMMENT IF IT IS NOT TO ENCOURAGE, OR PROVIDE INFORMATION. KEEP THE NEGATIVTY TO YOURSELF........... Reading is fundamental.

AUG and complaining, some people are been waiting longer than that!

This wait is tough for all of us.

But if you would have read all threads and take a close look on Igor's list you would also see that they start processing August. Could be any day your Noa2 is coming (that falls under encourage). According to some experienes here it could also take a few months longer (that is providing information)!!! I don't hope so for you. Good luck! (I am keeping my negativity for myself)

Anyone waiting any length of time is allowed to express their frustration here. They should be able to do so without fear of being attacked for doing so. Please refrain from personal attacks. It solves nothing.

OP... nobody can tell you when you will be aprpoved but the other posters are correct... VJ data is wonderful for reference but in no way should it be relied upon for adjutication. There is far too much room for human error.

I hope you hear something soon. :)
